Sale of olive groves in production of the "picual" variety (also called marteña) with a total area of 36.6 hectares in the province of Malaga in the municipality of Ronda. Well comunicated.
It includes a house to reform, a 150 m2 agricultural warehouse, electricity, a water well, a water pond, and machinery composed of:
-New Holland 175 rubber tractor (quite large and powerful), with its shovel, Tenia brand.
- An atomizer of 3000 liters. Both, both the tractor and the sprayer, about 6 years old, used only on the farm.
-Trailer of 13000 kg capacity.
-Cultivator (to plow).
-A scraper (to leave the ground smooth and prevent cracks from appearing in summer)
